If you are a beginner or looking to find elite level coaching we are here for you. Our group combines athletes from all over South Florida and focuses on proper javelin technique to help prevent injuries and maximize performance. Coach Braverman has been coaching since 2021 after finishing his professional football career.  He has a strong background in sprinting, as evidenced by his accomplished athletic career.  He will be developing sprinters from the beginning level to elite for those who are up to the challenge!
