2025 Spring Javelin Training

Specialized Elite level javelin training will continue to take place throughout the spring at Calvary Christian. If you are a beginner or looking to find elite level coaching we are here for you. Our group combines athletes from all over South Florida and focuses on proper javelin technique to help prevent injuries and maximize performance. • Monday & Wednesday from 6:30 PM till 8:00 PM at Calvary Christian
• $60 per individual session (if you only come 4 or less practices a month) OR
• $300 per month OR
• $1000 for the semester (4.5 months; May included, BE Summer will start after State)

2025 Spring Sprints Training

Coach Braverman will be leading Sprints training during the spring. Coach Braverman has been coaching since 2021 after finishing his professional football career. He has a strong background in sprinting, as evidenced by his accomplished athletic career. He will be developing sprinters from the beginning level to elite for those who are up to the challenge! 2025 Spring Hammer, Discus & Shot Put Training

Coach Griffin will be leading our Hammer Throwers & Coach Brenda will be leading our Discus & Shot Put throwers. 2025 Spring Hurdles, Pole Vault & High Jump Training

Coach Howell will be leading Hurdles, Pole Vault & High Jump training during the spring. Coach Howell has been coaching in South Florida since early 2000s.
